Ingredients
- 1 round sourdough loaf
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Levo Valley Farms Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the bread: Using a sharp knife, cut the sourdough loaf into a grid pattern, slicing diagonally in both directions. Make sure not to cut all the way through—you want the loaf to hold together.
- Mix the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Ranch Seasoning Mix, and minced garlic.
- Stuff the loaf: Gently pull apart the bread pieces and drizzle the garlic butter into the cuts. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly into the gaps as well.
- Wrap and bake: Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp up the top.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with parsley for extra color and serve warm—perfect for dipping into soups or enjoying on its own!
